Role Description
As a Care Team Leader, you will manage daily shifts, administer medication, and coordinate with families and medical professionals to deliver tailored care to residents.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily shifts, delegate responsibilities, and support care assistants in helping residents stay active and independent.
Manage resident case plans, conduct risk assessments, and liaise with families and healthcare professionals.
Safely administer and accurately record medication while adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, alongside proven shift supervision or leadership experience.
Strong understanding of care planning, risk assessment, and medication management protocols.
Excellent organizational skills, IT literacy, and strong interpersonal skills.
