Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant for Vecta House Care Home.
In this rewarding day-shift role, you will help our residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the high-quality care and support they deserve. Every day is wonderfully varied—you will assist with daily living, support residents with food and drink, follow personalized care plans, provide meaningful companionship, and dedicate quality one-to-one time to share great moments and memories.
About You
We are looking for a warm-hearted individual who is passionate about supporting older adults. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Experience: Some previous experience caring for older people.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do approach.
