At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are currently recruiting a Housekeeping Assistant on behalf of Barchester Healthcare to join the team at Whitewater Place Care Home in Odiham.
In this vital role, you will perform a variety of housekeeping and cleaning tasks to keep the home spotless, tidy, and hygienic. Your work will directly impact residents, their visitors, and the staff who support them, helping to maintain a comfortable and homely environment for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
Domestic Cleaning: Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards across resident bedrooms, communal lounges, bathrooms, hallways, and dining spaces.
Infection Control: Adhere strictly to health, safety, and COSHH guidelines to keep the environment safe for residents and staff.
Warm Engagement: Interact warmly, respectfully, and compassionately with residents while carrying out daily domestic duties in their home.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside the housekeeping and care teams to ensure all domestic routines run smoothly and efficiently.
