About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Bank Care Assistant for Mulberry Court. Located in the heart of Chalfont St Peter, this small, friendly, and modern care home features 23 boutique-style en-suite bedrooms and a dedicated visitor lounge, offering a warm, homely, and personal environment.
As a Care Assistant, you will make a real difference in our residents' lives every day. Alongside supporting daily routines and personal care (such as washing, bathing, and personal hygiene), you will bring genuine warmth and kindness, helping residents lead happy, fulfilled lives while creating lasting memories.
Key Responsibilities
Person-Centred Care: Support residents with daily living routines and personal care needs with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Companionship & Wellbeing: Build meaningful relationships, share laughs, and create a positive, engaging living environment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team as part of an extended family dedicated to exceptional care standards.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Both experienced carers and those completely new to the care sector are welcome! We provide full induction training and ongoing development.
Personality: A warm, empathetic, and friendly individual with a genuine passion for caring for others.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect easily with residents and colleagues.
