In this adaptable kitchen support role, you will assist the Head Chef and Second Chef in maintaining exceptional standards of kitchen hygiene, meal preparation, and inventory management. You will help prepare fresh ingredients, keep cooking utensils and work areas clean, and ensure all produce and supplies are stored safely and correctly.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with meal preparation, including vegetable prep, assembling sandwiches, and preparing ingredients.
Maintain clean, sanitary kitchen environments and wash cooking utensils, pots, and food preparation equipment.
Properly store dry and perishable produce and safely handle and store cleaning chemicals in line with safety protocols.
Requirements

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow health and safety procedures.
No prior catering experience required; willingness to learn and complete induction training via the Catering Academy.
