About the Role
As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency candidate stepping into this role, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience at Asda Chelmsley Wood—serving with heart and pride. Whether loading your van or delivering to regular customers right to their front door with a smile, you'll play a vital operational role. When not on the road, you'll ensure your van is clean (with full training provided) and assist the in-store team by picking and packing online orders during busy periods.
What You’ll Do
Safely and efficiently deliver online grocery orders directly to customers' homes.
Maintain the cleanliness and road-readiness of your delivery van.
Support store colleagues by picking and packing customer orders during peak times.
Provide a friendly, positive, and professional customer service experience on every shift.
What You’ll Bring
A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) held for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
A friendly, helpful, and customer-focused approach.
Good communication skills and a strong team mindset.
Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.
