Theatre Practitioner - Orthopaedics

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of King Edward VII's Hospital (Bupa) for an experienced Theatre Practitioner - Orthopaedics to join its operating theatre team in London, UK.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting surgical procedures, maintaining patient safety, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled clinical support during orthopaedic surgical procedures, including patient preparation and theatre assistance.

• Ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient care while maintaining infection prevention and clinical standards.

• Assist with theatre operations, equipment checks, documentation, and support colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) qualification with relevant professional registration.

• Minimum of 2 years' hospital scrub experience, preferably within orthopaedic theatres.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-focused clinical skills.
