Key Responsibilities

Provide skilled clinical support during orthopaedic surgical procedures, including patient preparation and theatre assistance.
Ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient care while maintaining infection prevention and clinical standards.
Assist with theatre operations, equipment checks, documentation, and support colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) qualification with relevant professional registration.
Minimum of 2 years' hospital scrub experience, preferably within orthopaedic theatres.
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-focused clinical skills.
