Salary: £12.72 to £13.75 per hour

As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will lead and support the night care team to deliver exceptional standards of personal care, providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for residents through the night. Your leadership and compassion will ensure our residents' physical and emotional well-being are constantly championed during nighttime hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor resident well-being through the night and update care plans to reflect changing needs and monthly evaluations.
Support residents with their medication requirements safely and accurately.
Conduct staff supervisions and support night team development and mentoring.
Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and health and social care professionals during the night shift.

Qualifications & Experience: Holder of an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in care, with at least 2 years of experience working in a similar care environment.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, a positive and nurturing attitude, and flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities.
Requirements: Applicants must have proof of eligibility to work in the UK and undergo a DBS disclosure check (cost met by Avery Healthcare).
