Role Description

As a Female Clean Team Member, you will execute routine and deep cleaning duties across designated club areas, including female changing facilities, to preserve a clean and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks across gym floors, changing rooms, showers, poolside areas, and complete periodic deep cleaning.

• Operate specialized cleaning machinery safely, including carpet cleaners, rotary machines, and scrubber dryers.

• Maintain organized cleaning schedules in collaboration with team leaders while managing waste removal efficiently.

Requirements

• Female applicant (Exemption claimed under Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9 for female changing room duties).

• Previous experience in a similar cleaning role with strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Friendly demeanor with effective communication skills for positive interaction with members and colleagues.
