Location: Home-Based (Attached to Solihull, with an expectation to travel UK-wide)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our trusted corporate and public service partners for an expert Employee Relations (ER) Partner.
Based from home with alignment to the Solihull hub and regular UK-wide travel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operations run ethically, lawfully, and fairly. You will act as the go-to specialist for all employment law matters, taking hands-on responsibility for managing and representing the organisation in Employment Tribunal proceedings and ACAS Early Conciliation activities. Your expertise will directly protect organisational reputation and support leaders to do the right thing.
Tribunal & ACAS Management: Efficiently and cost-effectively manage all ACAS Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunal (ET) claims.
Tribunal Advocacy: Conduct advocacy at preliminary and final Employment Tribunal hearings where required.
Risk & Defense Strategy: Assess incoming claims, provide timely risk evaluations, draft legal responses, and devise robust case management strategies.
Case Documentation: Prepare comprehensive hearing bundles, witness statements, counter schedules of loss, and skeleton arguments.
Settlement Negotiations: Advise on, draft, and negotiate settlement agreements to ensure expedient, cost-effective resolutions.
ER Guidance & Training: Guide complex internal employee relations cases, brief stakeholders on case law implications, and contribute to proactive training to minimize future risk.
Legal & ER Expertise: Strong, demonstrable knowledge of UK employment law and data protection, backed by practical in-house advisory experience.
Advocacy Experience: Hands-on experience representing an organisation at Employment Tribunal hearings, including conducting your own advocacy.
Professional Qualifications: CIPD qualified or actively working towards qualification.
Commercial Acumen: Highly proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented with strong negotiation and external stakeholder management skills.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly across the UK to attend meetings, hearings, and corporate sites.
