Role Description
As a Healthcare Assistant in Theatre, you will deliver compassionate patient care and provide essential operational support to the surgical team before, during, and after clinical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the theatre team with patient transfer, surgical room preparation, and routine administrative tasks.
Provide reassuring, high-quality care to patients undergoing major and minor surgical procedures.
Maintain clear communication and work flexibly to support daily operations in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Requirements
NVQ Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care.
Relevant clinical experience within an acute hospital or care setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a flexible approach to working hours.
