About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse (RGN) for Bloomfield Care Home.
In this rewarding night-shift role, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help deliver exceptional, high-quality care. You will create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of needs, relying on your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions. From developing tailored care plans to administering medication safely, you will have the autonomy to practice the right way while being truly valued for your expertise.
About You
We are looking for a compassionate clinician who prides themselves on a person-centred approach to nursing. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Qualifications & Registration: Current NMC registration and up-to-date knowledge of current clinical practices.
Experience: Proven ability to produce well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Knowledge: A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
