Are you a natural coordinator, organizer, and communicator eager to drive impactful tech and business changes? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Tesco Insurance and Money Services (IMS) to recruit talented graduates for their IMS Technology – Programme, Project & Change Graduate Scheme based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
Over this 2-year scheme, you will work collaboratively across Technology and the wider business to support the delivery of change from initial idea to implementation. You will learn agile methodologies, manage plans and risks using tools like JIRA or Confluence, and spend initial time supporting our customers directly as part of our Customer Service team to ensure you get off to the best possible start.
Competitive Salary: £34,000 per year with performance-related annual bonuses.
