Salary: £36,101.10 - £38,114.53 Per Annum pro rata (CGL points 31 to 33)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit an experienced and driven permanent Quality Lead to join their service management team in North Northamptonshire on a part-time basis (30 hours per week).
In this pivotal quality improvement role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-standard services across three hubs in North Northamptonshire. Moving between sites to support teams and guide service development, you will lead cyclical audits, coordinate integrated governance, drive incident investigations, and embed a strong learning culture across the service while liaising with external bodies like the CQC and safeguarding boards.
Quality Improvement & Auditing: Create and undertake regular, cyclical audits of service delivery and governance, formulating robust improvement plans and evaluating their real-world impact.
Staff Coaching & Training: Collaborate with teams to provide observed practice, coaching, and design/deliver interactive training workshops.
Safeguarding & Compliance: Support the Designated Safeguarding Lead, handle incident investigations (root cause analysis), and ensure compliance with CQC regulations and local safeguarding boards.
Data & Reporting: Analyse and cross-reference data sources to identify themes, lessons learned, and performance trends for quarterly contract monitoring reports.
Experience & Background: Strong background in social care, the drug and alcohol sector, project development, change management, and quality management systems.
Regulatory Knowledge: Proficient in service reviews, audits, and working within regulated environments with solid knowledge of CQC regulations and Key Lines of Enquiry.
Core Competencies: Skilled in root cause analysis, confident in delivering training/coaching, and capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels through clear communication.
Requirements: Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK (note: this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check).
Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata), increasing by 1 extra day for each year of service during the first five years (up to 30 days).
