About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Avery Healthcare to recruit a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Client Liaison Manager for a dual-site role supporting two care homes within the Birmingham area.
In this exciting sales and marketing leadership role, you will manage daily department operations, drive sales processes, meet and exceed budget targets, and maximize revenue by helping maintain optimal occupancy with the agreed client base across both homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure sales targets and marketing deadlines are met while strictly adhering to brand standards.
Manage general sales and marketing inquiries from colleagues, prospective clients, brochure requests, internet channels, and other sources.
Maintain and update the pipeline of potential residents, tracking progress to forecast move-ins and maximize revenue.
Develop new professional contacts and maintain regular, close communication with key care influencers.

Driving Licence: A full UK and clean driving licence is essential for this dual-site role.

Experience: Ideally, a proven background in a previous sales position.
