You will oversee medication administration, execute infection control protocols, and maintain precise care plans to ensure clinical excellence across the service.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-standard clinical nursing care, including medication administration, wound management, and catheter care.
Lead and support care assistants on shift, promoting a high standard of clinical practice and resident safety.
Conduct health assessments and formulate individualized, comprehensive care plans for residents with varying care needs.
Requirements
Active registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
Proficiency in clinical assessment frameworks such as MUST and Waterlow, along with strong care planning skills.
