Salary: £25,213 per annum pro rata (plus Inner London Weighting if applicable)
Hours: 14 hours per week (Permanent)

In this role, you will help run a vibrant, customer-focused high street shop. From managing the shop floor to coordinating backend operations, no two days are the same. You will work closely with the Shop Manager to inspire a dedicated team of volunteers and ensure a welcoming, profitable retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations: Collaborate with the Shop Manager to drive profitability, maintain visual merchandising standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Team Leadership: Oversee, induct, manage, and develop a team of dedicated retail volunteers.
Commercial Awareness: Monitor financial targets, apply commercial insights, and utilize IT systems for day-to-day store administration.
Flexible Support: Adapt to the scheduling and operational needs of the store environment.
What We Are Looking For
Retail Experience: A proven background working within a retail shop environment.
People-Person: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service and team collaboration.
Commercial Mindset: Basic financial awareness, target-driven focus, and reliable IT competency.
Flexibility: Adaptable approach to working hours based on store requirements.
