About the Role

Are you a confident, professional individual who takes pride in safeguarding people, products, and store environments while maintaining a warm and welcoming customer experience? Acting as Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with B&M to recruit a dedicated Security Officer for their Coney Hill store in Gloucester.

In this trusted role, you will work closely with the Store Management Team to help prevent loss, manage risk, and uphold high standards of safety, security, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Monitoring: Actively monitor the shop floor to identify, prevent, and report security incidents.

• CCTV Operations: Operate and review CCTV systems in strict accordance with company policies.

• Health & Safety: Support the enforcement and maintenance of safety procedures across the store.

• Investigations: Conduct thorough and professional investigations into stock loss, theft, and fraud.

• Conflict Resolution: Engage with customers and colleagues calmly and effectively to de-escalate and resolve situations.
