Supportive Bridge Limited is recruiting on behalf of Elysium Healthcare for a Ward Manager to join Victoria Gardens in Huyton, Liverpool, UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse or Ward Manager to lead a dedicated nursing team within a specialist mental health rehabilitation service. You'll play a key leadership role in maintaining high standards of patient care while supporting staff development and fostering a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the nursing team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to ward staff.
Support effective ward operations, including staffing and budget management.
Promote clinical governance and maintain quality care standards.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery.
Create a positive learning environment and encourage professional development.
Ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care is delivered at all times.

Requirements

Registered Nurse qualification with valid NMC registration.
Previous leadership or Ward Manager experience.
Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
Experience within mental health or a similar healthcare setting.
