Key Responsibilities
Supervise shifts, delegate tasks, and work alongside care assistants to ensure residents maintain their activity and independence.
Manage resident care cases, conduct risk assessments, and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.
Safely administer and accurately record medication while contributing to service development with the leadership team.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, along with proven experience supervising or leading a care team.
Strong understanding of care planning processes, risk assessment, and medication administration protocols.
Well-organized, IT literate, and possess strong communication and delegation skills.
