The Role
Are you compassionate, warm, and dedicated to supporting others through the night? South Lodge Care Home is seeking a committed Care Assistant - Nights to deliver high standards of personal care and ensure continuity of service and comfort for residents.
In this role, you will help residents maintain their dignity, independence, and well-being during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with personal hygiene care while ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
Recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas (such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and signs of infection) and escalating identified risks in a timely manner.
Acting courteously and respectfully toward residents and their visitors.
Practicing safe systems of work across a range of care tasks.
