About the Role
As a Bank Night Care Assistant at Bere Grove, you will provide essential overnight care, ensuring our residents feel safe, secure, and supported throughout the night.
You’ll assist with night-time routines, personal care, and mobility support while providing gentle reassurance and companionship. Every night brings unique moments to make a meaningful difference, helping residents maintain their dignity and comfort through restful hours.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive night-time care, personal care, and mobility assistance.
Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate nightly records.
Support residents with reassurance, comfort, and any late-night needs.
Help maintain a calm, secure, and peaceful environment overnight.
Collaborate with the night team to ensure continuous, high-quality care.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Some prior experience caring for older people.
Communication & Attitude: Excellent communication skills with a proactive, can-do approach.

Flexibility: Available on a bank contract basis to provide casual cover (e.g., annual leave or sick leave) as needed.
