About this role
Exemplar Health Care is recruiting a Health Care Assistant for Copperfields care home in Cross Green, Leeds. The home supports adults with complex needs, including brain injuries, dementia, mental health conditions, neuro-disabilities and physical disabilities.
What you would do:
- Support people with personal care and at mealtimes
- Understand each person's health and wellbeing needs
- Encourage people to take part in activities in and outside the home
- Promote choice, dignity, independence and respect
- Complete and maintain care records

New starters get an induction, a buddy and ongoing training.
This is a full-time day role with 42-hour or 48-hour contracts available. Pay is £12.71 per hour, rising to £12.81 once you complete the Exemplar Healthcare certificate.
