Remote Clinical / Counselling Psychologist

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Remote Clinical / Counselling Psychologist to join their Talking Therapies team. This is an exciting opportunity for an HCPC-registered psychologist to work remotely while delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological therapy to adults across the UK.

As a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist, you will provide compassionate and person-centred mental health support through telephone and video consultations. You will assess, formulate, and deliver tailored treatment plans while working closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team to achieve positive clinical outcomes. This role offers the flexibility of remote working alongside excellent professional development and clinical supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based psychological therapy through secure telephone and video consultations.
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop personalised treatment plans.
Manage an allocated caseload while maintaining high clinical standards.
Provide one-off assessments, referrals, and signposting where appropriate.
Deliver psychoeducation sessions and support mental wellbeing initiatives.
Participate in regular clinical supervision, team meetings, and continuous service improvement.
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with professional standards.

Requirements

Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society.
Current HCPC registration.
Minimum one year of post-qualification experience.
Experience supporting adults with a range of mental health conditions.
Excellent communication, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
