ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents receive the personalized care, support, and companionship they deserve. This flexible bank position offers varied work tailored around your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, nutrition, and hydration.
Follow individual care plans to maintain the dignity, independence, and wellbeing of each resident.
Provide meaningful companionship, engaging in one-to-one time and sharing positive moments.
Provide flexible cover for annual leave or sickness across day or night shifts.

Requirements & Attributes:
Experience: Prior experience in caring for older people.
