About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistant for Worplesdon View Care Home.
In this rewarding night-shift role, you will help our residents feel secure, comfortable, and well-cared for throughout the night. You will assist with night-time care routines, support individual care plans, provide gentle companionship, and ensure every resident's personal needs and dignity are respected. No two nights are the same, offering a fulfilling environment where your care makes a genuine difference.
About You
We are looking for a warm-hearted individual who is passionate about supporting older people. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Experience: Some previous experience caring for older people.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do approach.
Attributes: Genuine empathy, reliability, and the compassion needed to deliver the highest standards of night-time care. (Full training and ongoing development are provided to help you thrive!)
