About the Role

As a Warehouse Operative (Mids) representing Bridge Staffing Agency at Oliver Kay (part of Bidfood), you will be the vital backbone of our operations. Every successful delivery starts in the warehouse, and you will ensure orders are picked accurately, loaded safely, and ready to leave on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick customer orders across various temperature zones.

• Load delivery vehicles safely and correctly organise stock.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely, with full training provided (including pump trucks, power pallet trucks, and forklifts).

• Support colleagues to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly and targets are met.

What You Need to Apply

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good attention to detail.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• A good level of physical fitness for an active role involving manual handling.

• Note: Prior warehouse or multi-temperature experience is helpful, but full training will be provided!
