In this vital leadership role, you will own the front-end experience from the moment customers walk through the doors until they leave. You will lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated team to provide fast, friendly, and efficient service every single day.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Front End: Ensure every shopper receives outstanding service and keep checkout queues moving efficiently.
Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and mentor store colleagues in a fast-paced retail environment.
Customer Care: Handle queries, feedback, and challenges with confidence, professionalism, and care.
Drive Performance: Monitor and elevate service standards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer satisfaction scores.
Cash & Process Management: Oversee accurate cash handling processes and operational standards.
