Position: Production Operative
Location: Yazor Site, Hereford
Salary: £13.13 to £13.57 per hour (£12.71 - £13.15 ph base rate + £0.42 shift allowance), earning a minimum of £525 to £542 per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, rotational shift pattern (Monday to Friday, 05:00–14:00 / 14:00–23:00)

Key Responsibilities
Production & Packaging: Weigh, assemble, pack, label, and grade raw food products to prepare them for prompt despatch.
Manual Handling: Perform manual handling tasks, which can include lifting equipment and products weighing up to 20kg.
Quality & Hygiene: Maintain strict hygiene standards while working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment (which can be noisy and refrigerated in certain areas).
Teamwork: Communicate effectively with team members and maintain a flexible attitude toward daily tasks.
