What You'll Do

• Lead and Motivate: Inspire and support your team on every shift, cultivating an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you.

• Take Ownership: Manage store operations and team members confidently in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.

• Solve Problems: Swiftly handle day-to-day challenges and effectively delegate tasks to keep the shift moving.

• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure seamless store performance.

• Customer Excellence: Ensure every customer enjoys the very best experience each time they visit.
