Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance clinical care services, driving high regulatory ratings and service standards.
Analyze individual home KPI data to identify trends, monitor compliance, and address areas of concern across care initiatives.
Lead and engage teams in embedding best practices for tissue viability, nutrition, end-of-life care, and medication safety.
Requirements
Active NMC Registration as a Registered Nurse with quality and governance experience, ideally in a care home environment.
Valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle for regional travel across care homes.
Innovative mindset with a strong passion for quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and service development.
