What You’ll Do

• Lead the Night Shift: Run night operations smoothly, ensuring the store is fully stocked, organized, and up to Lidl's high standards.

• Step Up as a Leader: Manage store operations and guide your night team in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.

• Keep Operations Efficient: Take charge of product freshness, inventory, and stock management so shifts run seamlessly.

• Motivate & Delegate: Promptly solve operational challenges and delegate tasks to keep your night-shift team focused and supported.

• Prepare for Success: Ensure a seamless handover to the daytime team, prioritizing a great experience for the very first morning shoppers.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience leading and motivating a sizeable team to meet targets in a busy, fast-paced environment (retail, logistics, or hospitality experience is highly valued).

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.

• A calm, patient, and logical approach to problem-solving under pressure.

• A proactive, encouraging attitude to help your night team develop and succeed.

• The flexibility and commitment required for regular night shift work.
