Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Care Assistant for permanent night shifts at South Chowdene Care Home. In this vital role, you will assist residents with their nightly needs, provide wonderful companionship, follow personalized care plans, and ensure every resident feels safe, secure, and cared for around the clock.

What You Will Need

• Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people.

• Personal Qualities: A warm-hearted, empathetic nature, excellent communication skills, and a positive "can-do" approach.
