This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the financial integrity of client contracts while providing valuable commercial insights that support business performance. Working closely with Operations, Contract Managers, and the wider Finance team, you will help ensure contracts are accurately invoiced, financial performance is thoroughly analyzed, and commercial decisions are backed by reliable financial data.

Develop a strong understanding of client contracts, including pricing structures, uplifts, variable charges, and contractual changes.
Reconcile labour, materials, subcontractor costs, and other expenditures against invoiced revenue, investigating and resolving discrepancies where required.
Analyze contract performance against budget, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Produce meaningful financial reports and respond to ad-hoc analysis requests from Finance, Operations, and senior stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with operational teams to provide commercial insight and support informed business decisions.
Help improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and overall contract performance through continuous improvement.
About You:
Around two years of experience within a finance, accounting, or commercial finance role.
Strong Excel skills with confidence working alongside detailed financial data.
Excellent analytical skills with a methodical, highly accurate approach to your work.
Ability to clearly explain financial information to both finance and non-finance colleagues.
Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
A proactive, collaborative approach and a strong willingness to learn and develop.
Experience within Facilities Management, contracting, or another service-based business is advantageous but not essential.
AAT qualified or currently studying towards ACCA, CIMA, or another professional accounting qualification is beneficial, though not mandatory.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary of £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience.
