Role Overview
Position: Bank Carer / Care Assistant
Location: Langford View, Coach House Mews, Bicester, OX26 6EW
Pay Rate: £13.78 per hour (Weekend and NVQ enhancements available)
Contract Type: Bank (Flexible hours and shifts to suit your lifestyle; shift times 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, working alternate weekends)
Closing Date: Monday, 31st August 2026

Langford View offers specialist, high-quality residential, nursing, early-stage dementia, and respite care for up to 60 residents in calm, friendly, and comfortable surroundings.
What You Will Be Doing
Supporting residents with daily routines, personal care (washing, bathing, and bathroom support), and companionship to ensure they lead happy and fulfilled lives.
Bringing kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to our care home, sharing laughter and creating lasting memories.
Becoming part of an extended family where you'll build wonderful, long-lasting relationships with residents.
What We Are Looking For
No prior experience necessary: We welcome both experienced carers and newcomers from diverse backgrounds who bring valuable life experience and a genuine passion for care.
Great communication skills: Able to build positive, supportive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
A compassionate approach: Dedicated to delivering person-centred care.
