As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Bank / Relief Care Assistant for Chesham Leys. Purpose-built and accessible, Chesham Leys provides expert nursing and residential care for up to 62 residents across three distinct floors, featuring personalised rooms and vibrant shared spaces focused entirely on resident wellbeing.
As a Care Assistant, you will make a real, lasting difference by supporting residents with daily routines, personal care (such as washing, bathing, and mobility), and meaningful social engagement. While some days may bring challenges, you will also share laughs, make lasting memories, and become a valued part of our extended family.
Person-Centred Care: Support residents with personal care routines and daily living tasks with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Companionship & Wellbeing: Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with residents, providing emotional support and a friendly, cheerful presence.
Engagement: Encourage residents to take part in daily activities, helping them lead happy, fulfilled lives in comfortable surroundings.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider care team to maintain a positive, safe, and nurturing living environment.
Experience: Both experienced carers and those completely new to the care sector are warmly welcomed! We provide comprehensive induction training and ongoing professional development.

Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect easily and positively with residents, families, and colleagues.
