About the Role
We are recruiting a permanent Night Senior Carer to join the dedicated night team at Braeburn Lodge in Peterborough.
In this leadership role, you will work alongside the Deputy General Manager to supervise, inspire, and guide Care Assistants during night shifts. You will support the clinical team with essential tasks such as medication administration, care planning, and assessments, all while ensuring that residents receive dignified, high-quality person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate care staff on shift to ensure high standards of night care.
Support clinical administration, including medication safety, care reviews, and updated risk assessments.
Promote a calm, warm, and secure night environment tailored to residents' individual preferences.
Uphold resident dignity, independence, and safety at all times.
About You
To excel as a Night Senior Carer, you will bring:
NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Specific knowledge and practical experience in clinical care for older adults.
Strong leadership abilities with a compassionate, patient, and warm-hearted nature.
A commitment to delivering individualised, high-quality care throughout night shifts.
