About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and adaptable Bank Care Assistants for flexible placements in Prestbury, Cheshire.
In this role, you will play an essential part in helping residents enjoy each day by delivering high-quality care, support, and genuine companionship. Every shift offers a varied and fulfilling experience where your dedication directly impacts the lives of those in assisted living and care home environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with daily living tasks, personal care, and mobility needs.
Following individual care plans and supporting residents with meals, drink, and hydration.
Spending meaningful one-to-one time with residents, offering warmth and companionship.
Providing flexible cover for annual leave, sickness, or peak times across day or night shifts.
Helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and positive atmosphere within the home.
About You
Experience: Prior experience caring for older adults in a care home, assisted living, or similar setting.
Attributes: A warm-hearted, empathetic nature with a positive "can-do" approach.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and the compassion needed to deliver person-centered care to the highest standard.
