ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and well-supported throughout the night. This permanent position offers a rewarding routine where your dedication directly impacts the wellbeing and peace of mind of every resident.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with night-time routines, personal care, mobility, and comfort.
Follow individual care plans to uphold each resident's dignity, safety, and rights.
Conduct regular monitoring checks throughout the night to maintain a safe, tranquil environment.
Provide warm, reassuring support and one-to-one attention whenever required.
Collaborate closely with night staff and nursing colleagues to deliver high-quality care.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking empathetic, reliable individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding night-time care to older adults.
Requirements & Attributes:
Experience: Prior experience caring for older people.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Mindset: A positive, can-do approach combined with strong reliability and patience.
Compassion: A genuinely warm and caring nature dedicated to preserving resident dignity and support.
