About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) for a permanent night-shift role in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire.
In this role, you will take responsibility for the physical, psychological, and social well-being of residents during night shifts. You will enjoy the autonomy to exercise your professional clinical judgment, lead individualized care planning, safely administer medication, and deliver exceptional, person-centered clinical care in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Exercising autonomous clinical judgment to support residents with diverse physical and mental health needs.
Developing, reviewing, and updating tailored care plans and detailed clinical risk assessments.
Administering medication safely in full compliance with Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines and clinical protocols.
Upholding regulatory frameworks, including Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
Leading and supporting night care staff to maintain high care standards, safety, and resident comfort overnight.
About You
Registration: Active NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Clinical Expertise: Up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices, MCA/DoLS frameworks, and pharmaceutical management.
Skills: Proven experience producing robust care plans, carrying out risk assessments, and making critical clinical decisions.
