Role Overview
Position: Carer / Care Assistant
Location: Coombe End Court, London Road, Marlborough, SN8 2AP
Pay Rate: £13.67 per hour (Higher weekend pay and NVQ enhancements available)
Contract Type: Permanent, 36 hours per week
Closing Date: Monday, 31st August 2026
What You Will Be Doing
Supporting residents with daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, and bathroom support).
Bringing kindness, dignity, and exceptional care to help residents live happy, fulfilled lives.

What We Are Looking For
No prior experience required: We welcome both experienced carers and newcomers who bring diverse life experiences and a passion for helping others.
Great communication skills: Able to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
