Role: Customer Team Member
Location: 13 Balconie Street Evanton, Dingwall, IV16 9UN (Must be within a commutable distance from Dingwall)
Pay Rate: £13.04 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, part-time (16 hours per week + regular overtime)
Working Pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and at least one weekend shift (to be discussed at interview). The role includes working in our in-store bakery.
Age Requirement: Must be aged 18+ (due to early morning/late evening shift requirements or business needs).

What You’ll Do
You’ll work as part of a friendly team in a fast-moving Co-op store, helping deliver essential services to your local community. Duties include:
Customer Service & Store Support: Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor, tills, and in-store bakery to create a great shopping experience and make life easier for our customers.
Stock & Quality Control: Keep shelves well-stocked and check prices, dates, and stock accuracy to ensure safety and compliance.
Community & Membership: Act as a familiar, welcoming face in Dingwall, promoting Co-op membership and connecting with local initiatives and charities.
What You’ll Bring

A genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
An interest in working in a busy, hands-on retail store environment.
