Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Bupa to recruit a creative, energetic Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator for a permanent, part-time role at Stamford Care Home in Edmonton, London.
Described as the "chief fun officer" of the home, you will create a vibrant, joy-filled atmosphere that supports independence and honours resident choice. Whether you are organizing arts and crafts, baking, book clubs, pub quizzes, gentle chair-based exercises, or garden parties, your goal is to bring people together for laughter, camaraderie, and therapeutic wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Running engaging morning and afternoon activity sessions tailored to residents' needs and preferences.
Producing and managing a dynamic activity planner while working within a set departmental budget.
Organizing special birthday surprises and individual 1-to-1 sessions (such as reminiscing tools, puzzles, reading, or simply a cup of tea and a chat).
Liaising with external companies, local community performers, and guests to organize special events and outings.
Supporting the care home with updates to its social media channels as required.
A creative thinker overflowing with imaginative ideas and a natural enthusiasm for making people's lives better.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage budgets, paperwork, and shifting priorities.
A warm, empathetic personality with a genuine desire to care for others and share a great sense of humour.
