Key Responsibilities
Store Ownership & Operations: Take total responsibility for managing and improving the day-to-day operations and performance KPIs of your store.
Team Leadership & Development: Motivate, inspire, and support your team, creating an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work.
Problem Solving & Efficiency: Optimize processes and solve problems quickly to keep the store running like clockwork and your team focused.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure unmatched customer service is delivered to every single shopper who visits your store.
What You’ll Need
Proven management experience leading and developing a team in an exciting, fast-paced retail environment.
Outstanding time-management, task-delegation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, including the confidence to navigate tricky conversations with ease.
A deep pride in offering exceptional support to both your customers and your team through every single shift.
