Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Lidl to recruit a collaborative, determined, and energetic Customer Assistant in Newhaven. In this full-time, fast-paced retail role, no two shifts are ever the same.
From restocking shelves and running tills to baking fresh goods and organizing the middle aisles, you will keep the store running smoothly and business booming. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your retail career with a supportive team and a globally recognized brand.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Act as a Lidl expert, offering a warm smile and helping customers with questions, queries, and requests.
Store Presentation: Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, organized, and fully merchandised.
Stock & Deliveries: Efficiently work incoming deliveries and maintain stock levels across all areas.
Specialized Tasks: Proactively bake fresh goods to keep the bakery stocked and expertly manage non-food middle-aisle displays.
What You’ll Need
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
Flexibility to start a shift early or finish late as required.
A positive, adaptable attitude toward changing daily priorities.
