Situated in the peaceful village of Lugwardine, Lammas Lodge offers a beautiful, semi-rural setting surrounded by countryside views. This welcoming home provides dedicated residential support for seven adult males on the autism spectrum.

The onsite team is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of residents, helping them achieve positive outcomes, and ensuring they live healthy, happy, and independent lives.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a crucial part of a compassionate team, you will focus on a personalised approach to care. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans.
Undertaking routine tasks and activities designed to facilitate the wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents.
Helping residents build confidence, move forward with proven therapies, and look toward a more fulfilling future.
