This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care in a modern clinical setting. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver patient-centred care, perform clinical assessments, prescribe independently, and contribute to the ongoing development of healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality primary care consultations and clinical assessments.
Diagnose, treat, and prescribe independently within your scope of practice.
Develop and maintain patient care plans.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient care.
Ensure clinical standards and patient safety are maintained.

Requirements:

Registered Adult Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
MSc or PGDip in Advanced Clinical Practice.
Independent Prescriber (V300) qualification.
Previous experience working as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in primary care.
