Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver personalized activity programs, physical exercises, and creative events to foster resident independence and enjoyment.
Collaborate with families, residents, and local community groups to organize meaningful social experiences and external engagements.
Maintain activity documentation and adapt offerings using creative thinking to suit diverse resident interests and physical capabilities.
Requirements
A passionate, creative, and enthusiastic approach with a strong commitment to enriching the lives of older adults.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to engage residents, relatives, and local groups.
Willingness to undertake structured training and coaching provided through the Learning Academy.
