The Role
Are you warm, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering exceptional dining and hospitality experiences? Beckenham Park Care Home is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Team Member on a bank contract to support with dining services, assist residents with meals, and create a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining.
Ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Keeping front-of-house areas clean, tidy, and well-presented, ensuring crockery is cleared and replenished throughout the day.
Managing bistro areas by ensuring fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger foods, and fresh fruit options are accessible and replenished regularly.
Staying fully aware of individual residents' dietary requirements.
About You

Requirements:
High standards of personal hygiene.
Genuine compassion and commitment to delivering excellent culinary and hospitality services to residents.
Previous experience working in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel environment is desirable.
A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.
Requirements for Employment: Proof of eligibility to work in the UK and a DBS Disclosure check (the cost of which is fully covered by Avery Healthcare).
