About the Role

Supportive Bridge is recruiting on behalf of Elysium Healthcare for a Clinical Psychologist (Part-time) to join Braeburn House in Salford, Manchester, UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to become part of a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality psychological care within a specialist mental health rehabilitation service. You will lead psychological assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and support service users in achieving meaningful recovery while contributing to service improvement and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and clinical formulations.
Develop, implement and evaluate evidence-based treatment plans.
Deliver individual and group psychological interventions.
Contribute psychological expertise to multidisciplinary team meetings and care planning.
Participate in CPA reviews, risk assessments and treatment recommendations.
Supervise and support Assistant Psychologists and other colleagues.
Contribute to clinical governance, audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Develop and evaluate therapeutic group programmes.
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
Promote best practice in psychological care across the service.

Requirements

BPS-recognised Psychology degree.
HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
Experience delivering psychological interventions.
Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of evidence-based psychological practice.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rehabilitation setting.
Postgraduate qualifications and supervisory experience are desirable.
